Responsibilities
Tasks that might be included in the role are: 


provide vital support to our production, ensuring smooth material handling, assembly, and testing by collaborating closely with the support team.
creating clear and efficient assembly and testing instructions for our products.
conduct time studies in our production processes, measuring and identifying areas for improvement on the shop floor.
Using time measurements, you'll balance production sections to optimize our strategy and enhance efficiency.
In consultation with the department, you'll design a production layout aligned with our streamlined production strategy.




Qualifications
To thrive in this role we believe that you have:


an engineering degree in production development or related fields.
a minimum of two years of experience in working on production improvements and time measurements within a manufacturing environment. 
effectively communicate with various departments and team members, including assemblers, testers, and administrative departments. Your ability to gather and analyze information is crucial for driving improvements forward.
Fluent in English.
