Manufacturing Engineer - Pre-production

To achieve this, they are embarking on a journey to establish la arge-scale production plant for battery cells in Sweden. This facility will leverage a strong manufacturing heritage and world-class expertise while benefiting from Sweden´s abundant supply of fossil-free energy.

Responsibilities
You will be a vital part of the project team, and you will play a crucial role in establishing this large-scale production plant for battery cells. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Involvement: Collaborate with the project team and leverage your expertise to contribute to the successful establishment of the factory.
• Environmental Compliance: Gain a deep understanding of Swedish environmental regulations and ensure compliance, particularly in terms of abatement and emissions.
• Abatement System Procurement: Lead efforts in the procurement of abatement systems and equipment. This includes creating request documents, defining requirement specifications, and overseeing the commissioning process.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Cutting-edge Integration: Contribute to the commissioning and installation of state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring seamless integration within the Industry 4.0 framework.

Tasks
Design air purification systems for process extraction particles.

• Design multiple systems for filtering particles from process extraction released outdoors.
• Design several systems for filtering particles from process extraction released indoors.

 

Design air purification systems for process extraction VOCs.

• Design several systems for purification of process air containing various solvents & hydrocarbons released outdoors.

Design water treatment systems for treatment of process wastewater before being released

• Water containing particles and binders
• Water containing solvent residues.
• Water containing both particles & solvents

About you

• Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Engineering or eqvalent professional experience
• Proven experience in establishment of factory
• Strong knowledge of Swedish conditions from a abatement/emission perspective
• Excellent project management and collaboration skills

About the position
The assignment is a consultant position with employment at Adecco. The start will take place as soon as possible after agreement.
