Manufacturing engineer trim car and final

We are now looking for a manufacturing engineer for a long term assignment as a consultant at the development centre on sight for an automotive client in Gothenburg.

The responsibilities of the role:

You will act as a link between the construction team and production team, with main responsibility of assuring that the correct production process is established for the parts in your responsibility area.
Searching for root cause of errors in production, verification of errors and possible solutions
Creating instructions for the manufacturing parts and components
Visit suppliers for pilot plant build, evaluating and quality assuring new equipment.

Our client is looking for someone with:

Experience in an industrial production environment
Good production and process knowledge
Automotive experience preferred
Good technical knowledge ? Preferably a technical degree from university (M.Sc or B.Eng Mechanical) or relevant work experience
Ability to work on own initiative and in team
Excellent communication skills, in Swedish and English

Computer skills:

MS Office skills
Teamcenter experience from automotive application
Catia V5 is an advantage
