Role description
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will lead cross-technical product and manufacturing initiatives within Propulsion Components, driving global strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders globally to ensure the alignment, learning, and enhancement of production solutions. Your responsibilities will also include providing product and process feedback to Research and Development (R&D), focusing on key manufacturing attributes such as quality, assembly time, cost efficiency, environmental sustainability, changeover, and flexibility. You´ll take full ownership and responsibility for product and process development, ensuring the implementation of lean, robust, and ergonomic solutions.

About you
•Bachelor´s degree within production or similar
• Knowledge about 6 Sigma and Lean Production
• Good understanding of Teamcenter
• Automated assembly knowledge
• Problems solving DMAIC knowledge
• Geometric assurance knowledge
• Process development (station/line level)
• Advanced English communication skills

About the position
The assignment is a consultant position with employment at Adecco. The start will take place as soon as possible after agreement.
