Your mission
In this role, you will be developing and implementing manufacturing capabilities and processes to ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards. This will include developing, designing, and planning equipment & machine layouts, workflow and safety guidelines, ensuring maximum utilization of the facilities. You will be responsible for production schedules while developing processes that are reliable, cost effective and supports the project objectives.
With customer focus as your main objective - you will be our key person in our project execution and will analyze existing production methods, recommend, and implement improvements and modifications to best suit the project requirement. You will be instrumental in purchase and implementation of systems/equipment’s in our production facility, and responsible to create and revise directives within your area of expertise.

As Manufacturing Engineer, you will report to the Production Unit Manager for Heating Systems in Hallstahammar and will share the responsibility of actively developing our project business towards a strong and successful future.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with university degree, or equivalent and more than 5 years of experience in the field of Manufacturing Engineering and operations with relevant technical knowledge. You have well developed analytical skills and is an expert trouble shooter. A prior experience of setting and/or ramping up production plants will be added advantage.
As we act both locally and on the global stage, you’re fluent in both written and verbal English.

Job Location
Hallstahammar with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week.
