We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Manufacturing Execution Systems Specialist to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions using TrakSYS. If you have a passion for Industry 4.0 and a strong track record in MES development, we’d love to have you on board.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and deployment of MES solutions using TrakSYS, ensuring alignment with business and manufacturing objectives.
Develop and maintain workflows, dashboards, and reports in TrakSYS to enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee integration with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, PLM) using protocols like OPC, MQTT, and RESTful APIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications and ensure solution compliance with functional requirements.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and mentor team members to enhance TrakSYS expertise.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in MES development and implementation, with at least 2 years in a coordinating or mentoring role.
Advanced proficiency in TrakSYS, including configuration and customization.
Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and integration protocols (e.g., OPC, MQTT, RESTful APIs).
Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, or .NET for MES customization.
Great problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, with fluency in English. (Swedish is preferred, but not mandatory)
Other:
The assignment may be covered by defense secrecy, which means requirements for a certain citizenship and approval of a security clearance.
