Sandvik Mining and Construction, Supply in Sandviken is looking for Manufacturing Manager Description Sandvik Mining and Construction (SMC) Supply will act as supplier to the SMC Customer Segments of parts, tools and components (e.g.tophammer, MGT and DTH tools, breakers, drifters, conveyor components).Production Unit Sandviken is the biggest production site within SMC Supply with more than 300 workers.Now we are looking for a results oriented manager for the combined operations at this site. Key performance areas - Your main responsibilities will be to: - Reach targets for production volume, production stock, costs and productivity - Establish and execute short and long term investments plans based on market requirements - Drive improvements to implement lean production methods - Drive continuous improvements - Ensure competence development and a result oriented organization with good flexibility Your profile You have a solid technical university background with broad experience from similar positions.You are result oriented and a strong open minded leader with the ability to motivate your staff and create a good working environment.Experience from successful change management is desirable.We strive for a work environment with equal conditions and therefore we gladly welcome female applicants.
