A key player in a dynamic and high-tech enviroment
Do you thrive in a growing, dynamic and high-tech environment where you can be a key player and our specialist in process optimization of production in HV/EHV accessories? Do you also have some years of experience in process engineering? Then we might have the perfect opportunity for you!
Driving process optimization and implementation
As a Manufacturing Process Specialist you will be planning and optimize working processes in rubber production and the electrical test field. You will also be planning and implement Lean methods and train employees to improve and develop our production processes.
The role will also include:
Reduction of scrap rate through process optimization
Creation of process descriptions and risk analyzes
Optimization of tool designs
Working with improvement proposals
Planning and implementation of new machines and technologies
Technical communication with other Accessories Hubs for best practice sharing
A communicative and collaborative team player
You are a team player that share information and resources openly with your team and know how to communicate at different levels. You also have a good analytical ability and a solution-focused approach.
To succeed in the role, your CV also probably includes:
Bachelor/Master in mechanical engineering or similar
Good knowledge in SolidWorks
High organizational and presentational skills
SAP experience
Fluent in Swedish and English. German it is a plus
Six Sigma and Lean Management is a plus
