Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Production Process Expert!

The position is not tied to any specific country in Europe therefore location can be flexible and requirements for regular travel in the role as Manufacturing Production Process Expert.
Your Responsibilities
Support our European Transformer Insulation & Components factories in executing new capital investment programs over the next years.
Assess footprint proposals and lead footprint projects, creating decision-making models for management.
Ensure equipment compliance with regulatory requirements.
Aid factories in defining and implementing new equipment layouts for operational growth.
Review and optimize manufacturing layout and flow to maximize output and equipment utilization.
Conduct periodic Capex reviews, maintaining data quality in Capex database and reporting tools.
Manage Capex investment approval process for standard and CIMT investments.
Assist factories in Business Case preparation and submission for approval.
Prepare reports and presentations on Capex processes for Europe region Product Line Insulation & Components or global management.
Your Background
Master´s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in supporting factories with capital investment programs.
Strong analytical and modeling skills for footprint decisions.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for manufacturing equipment.
Expertise in manufacturing layout optimization and process flow improvement.
Previous involvement in Capex reviews and investment approval processes.
Excellent communication skills for report and presentation preparation.
Ability to collaborate with global teams and adapt to dynamic manufacturing environments.
