What you’ll do
As Manufacturing Quality Engineer at Cytiva, you'll provide technical support to improve the product quality of the products we produce. This position will focus on product quality through data analysis and issue resolution. This person will be responsible for driving the non-conforming material process and root cause investigation through coordination with Production Engineers and Supplier Quality Engineers.
Ownership of the Deviation handling process
Ownership of Supplier improvement forum
Lead analysis of supplier fault log data and maintenance of records in Enovia defect management system
Lead analysis of supplier deviations and quality follow up with suppliers
Interface with Supplier Quality and Global Sourcing on supplier related defects
Conduct root cause analysis on product quality issues, identify trends, and communicate with SQEs, Production Engineering and GS for resolution, send improvements suggestions to CCB.
Responsibility of non-conforming material inventory
