Manufacturing test design lead Engineer

We are looking for a Manufacturing Test Design Lead Engineer for a Product Engineering team located in Lund.

Arbetsuppgifter

- Planning and coordination of manufacturing test tools development
- Hands-on to make it work! - combine the deliverables from the other teams to efficient and fully functional test stations
- Root Cause Analysis of manufacturing test issues
- Set test tools requirements
- Co-work with HW team for design and implementation of test fixtures
- Write Operator Instructions (SOP)
- "Design for Testing" input to the HW and SW teams


Utbildning/erfarenhet

- Master of Science in Physics or equivalent
- Experience with product transfer to Asia; Dealing with Asian suppliers

It is important that you are highly self-motivated, structured and have attention to details. Good communication skills verbal and written is also important. It is also important that you have good system know-how and troubleshooting skills across multiple disciplines like optics, electronics and software.
