Manufacturing Training Coordinator

The Manufacturing Training Coordinator supports the Manufacturing Department with Compliance assurance, improvement of training methods, onboarding processes and eMLS Compliance Wire system. The Manufacturing Training Coordinator works close to the Compliance Wire admin team and Manufacturing Management to create training videos and other training material, documents, methods and routines for the Manufacturing department. Furthermore, the Manufacturing Training Coordinator works to continuously improve routines and the work environment in accordance with DBS by using DBS tools like 5S, PSP, DM etc. The Manufacturing Training Coordinator represents the Manufacturing department in meetings and projects together with other departments within the company. Daily challenges are escalated to Supervisor - Manufacturing Support and Training.
Knowledge and skills
Good planning skills
Good computer skills (including Office package)
Good communication skills
Experience of working with video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent)
Fluent in Swedish, spoken and written
Fluent in English, spoken and written
Experience in working in a GMP environment.

Other requirements
Experience in handling various quality and support/maintenance software systems as Agile, SAP, RAM, Compliance Wire by UL, Pilgrim (SmartSolve), ME (EDHR) etc.
ISO 7 experience

Education
High School education with technical or science profile, or equally contributing working experience.
