Candidates should have a good knowledge and a minimum of 3 year's experience in the ground construction industry. Tasks required evolve setting up and correct operating of laser level equipment, Reading of a plan to trench and lay water/electrical piping to correct depth and fall percentage. Preparing a surface and laying paving, curb stone & concert slabs.
Working beside large machinery is an everyday activity and a knowledge of safety awareness is a must. Experience in operating or licences to operate machines is an advantage. Manual lifting and physical exercise is a major role in this position along with the use of many hand tools, knowledge of compaction machinery and the understanding of how to compact the surface is essential.
The position involves working with both English & Swedish speaking people in an outdoor environment, candidates should be able to work both together in a team and alone unsupervised in a safe and productive manner.

Our work place changes from site to site and depending on the size of the job we can be working on the same site anywhere from 1 week to 1 year, Although there are differences from site to site the structure of a good working team is always in place.
