We are open to a variety of profiles and today you are most likely a skilled Market Access Manager/Specialist, Pricing Manger, Tender Manager, Public Affairs Manager or even Business Developer with the right background, but you could also be a Consultant within Life Science, Regulatory Affairs or Health Economics. The most important thing is that you’re structured and analytical, but can communicate clearly and concisely in both verbal and written form to internal and external stakeholders at various levels.

To do this you will be part of the Swedish Commercial Leadership Team where strategic business activities are discussed and formed.
Responsibility
Day-to-day you will report to the Payers & Trade Manager in Kungsbacka and will be working on market-access and public affairs related tasks. Your primary tasks are to create and execute on the market access plans for new products and shaping of tenders together with the sales team. This includes ensuring internal stakeholder alignment as well as liaising and managing relationships with key external public and private stakeholders in a way that advances Coloplast´s business and market development goals. Identify, map and track organizational structures, decision making processes and decision makers related to purchasing / payment of medical devices in county councils, regions and nationally with TLV
Build, maintain and further develop relations with external stakeholders such as politicians, government officials, key health care employee groups, patient associations and the industry association at local, regional and national level
Create market access input and plans for new product launches with both health economics and public affairs
Develop national tender shaping plans in cooperation with Payers & Trade manager and drive implementation in a structured process with close collaboration with the sales teams
Local development and implementation of MA/PA projects (e.g. market research, official statements, responses to public enquiries) with support from management and global functions to influence and position Coloplast in the external environment
Responsible for applications to and interaction with TLV for (ostomy) products in cooperation with Global and Nordic Market Access functions
Your qualifications
+5 years of relevant professional experience (as described above) and a proven track record of success
Master’s degree in either business, legal or political science
Understanding of the market dynamics in the country (reimbursement / health care system)
Broad network within the health care sector and/or experience from MedTech or Pharma
Experience of PA/PR work, campaign or leading projects is seen as a plus
Documented performance in tender shaping
Commercially oriented and solid health economic understanding
Political/policy experience from government, corporate, organisation or bureau is a plus
Fluency in Swedish & English
As a person you are a team player, organized, structured, ambitious and have a positive and can-do mindset – the kind of person people would like to work with. This naturally includes excellent communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills, including the ability to develop and communicate innovative and thorough presentations in a clear, concise and compelling manner.
