Market Analyst to H&M´s Global Marketing Function

H&M's global Marketing function is looking for Market Analysts to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team. The CRM team is part of the Media & CRM department within the H&M Global Marketing function. The team consists of analysts, data scientists, customer strategist and project managers. The team works with sophisticated CRM methods using a vast customer base with a global reach.

Your responsibilities include:
-Analyze customer data to deliver clear insights on customer behavior.
-Translate insight into clear recommendations that drive strategic decision-making.
-Contribute in projects and respond to ad-hoc requests.
-Use of data visualization tools to spread customer insight to stakeholders within the company
-Help the company become even more customer centric and create a learning organization.
-In this role, you will work closely with central teams within Marketing, Global Sales & Operations and Online Sales.
In your role, you will primarily work in the statistical software SAS. For data visualization, you will use Tableau.

-Is self-motivated, results-oriented and a problem solver: You need to be able to proactively and independently identify the needs of the company and handle ambiguity, while also securing that the goals of the team are met.
-Wants to dig in to large data sets and derive actionable insights.
-Knows, or not afraid to learn, how to use code in a statistical software (Main languages include SAS and SQL with voluntary addition of R for certain tasks).
-Preferably have a degree in statistics, economics, engineering, or related field
-Experience working in SAS and/or Tableau is highly meriting.
-Has entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the customer: You impact how H&M builds relationships with our customers now and in the future.
The position is full time and based at the H&M head office in Stockholm City
You will report to the group manager of the CRM team.
