Be part of our UpSkill Trainee Program
We want to develop young talents in the best way possible and provide insight into our operations and business units. During this one-year program, we will give you a work assignment to work on during the whole period. The program tailors from your background and the unit's competence needs. As a trainee, you will attend regular training and social gatherings where the trainee group meets to acquire new skills and share experiences. When the program comes to an end, we will offer you a permanent position in the department, and you will continue your journey with us in a new position.

What you’ll do
As a Market Analyst trainee, you will gather customer insights to share with our sales, marketing, business development, and innovation teams. Your work is vital for us to understand the customer's pains and potential gains. And to do that, you will:
- Get a deeper understanding of customer insights in selected segments.
- Support offer development, sales development, and marketing activities.
- Gather customer insights by doing desktop research to identify candidates to approach.
- Conduct interviews, customer visits, and make observations to gather insights.
- Summarize insights and conduct analysis of the insights gathered.
- Share insights and learnings with stakeholders within BUSS in Business Development, Innovation, and sales & marketing.
- Create and maintain comprehensive customer insight documentation.
Education Required: Engineer Degree or Business Administration
Language: English
Specific or Technical knowledge: Market analysis and market interviews.
