About the job

Being part of the management team in Nordic Energy Division the main purpose is to lead the team within Process & Separation industry consisting of a team geographically spread across Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.

Key tasks:
* Coach and develop the team to ensure that the overall goals are reached
* Secure performance of the team and be part of our process of changing our service sales setup
* Develop and execute market plans and go to market strategies.

What you know

To succeed in this position, you have:
* A technical educational background and interest in combination with several years of managerial experience
* Ideally worked with sales and preferably in business-to-business relations within the Process & Separation industry
* Knowledge of some relevant industry/ area (Carbon capture, Hydrogen, Power-to-X, P&P, Mining, Metals, O&G etc.)
* Excellent communication skills and master at least one Scandinavian language as well as English.
