In this exciting position you will work for European Markets for our client's global organization.

Your role involves ensuring that there are effective plans in place to secure resources and supplies in both the short and long term. This includes finding new suppliers and technologies, as well as strengthening relationships with existing suppliers in the Brand & Marketing department. It also involves addressing the needs of new markets and collaborating with stakeholders and the business to achieve these objectives.

Job Assignments


• Conduct sourcing activities for outsourced services throughout the company, covering various areas such as Digital, HR, Marketing, and Events
• Offer guidance and assistance to stakeholders regarding procurement matters, ensuring support is provided throughout the entire procurement process, including any changes to requests. Enhance cooperation with stakeholders, working together towards shared objectives
• Engage in discussions to reach mutually beneficial agreements on commercial and legal terms, and develop Service agreements
• Assess purchase requisitions and choose contract/suppliers based on predetermined agreements and strategies
• Monitor important metrics related to supplier and stakeholder adherence to contracts; identify and implement corrective measures to enhance compliance, and consistently evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality and cost
• Conduct thorough market analysis to gather information and support the sourcing process
• Conduct procurement activities based on established frameworks and strategies
• Establish and manage strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Initiate and carry out evaluations and audits of suppliers to ensure their compliance and performance

Deliveries

• Overview and update on the sourcing progress and documentation
• Summary and analysis of project costs
• Gain clarity on the services that need to be procured
• Compile a list of potential suppliers and present it to relevant parties
• Create and organize a Request for Quotation (RFQ), send out RFQ, negotiate with suppliers, and finalize the selection of the best supplier for our client
• Develop a presentation showcasing the chosen supplier and present it to management, including the rationale and benefits of selecting them
• Facilitate the onboarding process for selected suppliers, ensuring smooth integration into our client's operations
• Engage in negotiations to establish contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for our client
• Initiate and manage purchasing orders, including making any necessary changes or updates, and follow up on payments to suppliers

Requirements

• Degree or relevant education in business administration, finance, purchasing, or a related field
• At least three years of experience in Indirect Purchasing, with a preference for experience in the Marketing and Events purchase categories. You have strong negotiation skills and are proficient in creating Service Agreements
• Strong communication- and people’s skills. You have a knack for understanding the needs of internal stakeholders and are always ready to provide excellent service. You are adaptable and can quickly familiarize yourself with terminology and work methods, and are willing to adjust your approach to achieve the best outcome. You are experienced in managing multiple projects and handling large amounts of data, all while maintaining a structured and efficient work style
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Familiar with collaborating in a diverse, international setting. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. Previous experience using purchase and administrative tools such as SRM, Fieldglass, and/or Workday is highly beneficial
• Excellent social abilities. Capable of quickly grasping the needs of internal stakeholders and prioritizing their satisfaction. Adaptable to working both collaboratively and remotely with diverse individuals
• Agile approach to work. Always adaptable and willing to modify your methods in order to discover the optimal solution
• Perserverance - persistently attempting various strategies until you uncover a solution, refusing to surrender
• Positive mindset

It is a plus if you have knowledge of Swedish and any other European language.
