Alfa Laval Corporate Communications is seeking to fill a position of a coordinator within the Market Communication Coordination & Support team.
The Market Communication Support & Coordination team supports the sales companies and acts as a back-up function for the Market Communication Managers located in the business areas.The team coordinates plans, implementation and follow-up of market communication activities between sales companies and segments.
As a Coordinator you will work closely with the Market Communication Managers and support them with project administrative tasks such as ordering printing and translation of sales promotion material and campaign evaluation.You will also work in the market resource management systems we have invested in, for example our image archive.
We believe that you are an avid computer user with good knowledge in Microsoft Office.Basic knowledge in DTP is a merit.Communicating with internal customers globally means that you are well acquainted with business English.Experience of production management is a must.Any formal training in this field is a plus.
