Customer communication is a group within our Customer Engagement department. Our primary objective is to support information transparency and accessibility. We are looking for three new colleagues with native level Spanish, Italian and French
Market Communication Coordinator
You will be providing actionable customer insights to business owners and development teams at Lynk & Co. As well as support our customer-facing staff with the ability to communicate efficiently and tailored to customers via various channels.
You love to understand the customer and collect and analyze what questions are coming to our customer-facing staff. You translate the findings and drive improvements and push for self-service within the complete communication landscape. Deflect unnecessary questions and make sure our staff can communicate accurately, informed and on-brand with our customers.
You can be based in one of our following offices Gothenburg, Barcelona or Amsterdam.
What you'll do
- Identify, consolidate, and escalate the market-specific customer insights
- Highlight customer issues or questions in need of attention
- Identify gaps in our knowledge database and support to maintain high quality and accessibility to information.
- Secure and review chatbot content in accordance with market-specific needs (language requirement)
- Drive improvement in the interaction with our customers in identified customer scenarios in need of attention.
What you bring
- Experience in the field UC, CX, service design or similar
- Experience in customer data analysis (qualitative or quantitative) OR Experience in chat bott maintenance and any natural language processing
- Native proficiency in either Spanish, Italian or French
Proven experience in navigating complex processes in relationship with the needed communication leading to the desired customer experience is seen as meriting.
