Job description
The communication role is a new role in our department and highly needed. We are in an transformation period where we are transforming to more sustainable solutions in our product portfolio. This sets demand on transparency as well as good communication internally for our own function and R&D but also to the full company about our roadmaps, achievements etc. The role would also support in communication to higher management and in collaboration with the communication department support in external communications outside the company.
Responsibilities
We are looking for an resource skilled and experienced to take the lead role to create our communication plan, manage and drive for information letters to Intranet or internal social media channels. Setting and manage for example lunch and learn sessions or similar for participants in the company, eg being the process owner for and setting the communication plan in to place.
We look for someone with technical experience to enable quick understanding in meetings to translate the information to presentations or newsletters etc. The role also means interaction with other departments and employees outside our own department.
Qualifications
You have/are
Technical knowledge
Excellent skills in powerpoint
Capability to listen in and translate to wording and presentations
Skills in executive management reporting eg summarizing and tell the story in an elevator pitch or one pager.
Experience in presentation techniques
Selfdriven
analytic skills
leadarship skills
critical and humble
Fluent in both English and Swedish
The role is about selling our concepts and story telling to our employees, meaning a sales experience could be good to have.
