Your profile
* Bachelors degree in Engineering, Machine construction, Economics, Business Administration applicable field, Masters degree is preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in strategic business development
* Knowledge in Oil & Gas and other process industries applications.
* Technical understanding of Turbomachinery and process solutions.
* Experience in top management initiatives, strategy, business development, sales, or portfolio management.
* Experience in working in international and multicultural environment.
* Fluent English (preferably also other languages, especially German).
* Strong communication skills, learning mindset and interest in bringing new ideas, whilst working in a supportive, international team environment.
* Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
* Very good command in MS Office Excel and Powerpoint applications.
* FOR US BASED POSITIONS:  Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.  Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Your responsibilities
* Market modelling and related market and competitor landscape analysis of Oil & Gas and other process industries.
* Formulation of strategic implications for Siemens Energy and derivation of recommended actions for SE GP I division, its business units and segments.
* Collaboration with business units and regional hubs with regard to strategy, market & competitive intelligence related topics.
* Support in regular top management reporting, e.g. strategy reviews, monthly and quarterly operating reviews.
* Strategic projects including evaluation of market potential for market applications, their profitability levels, share of wallet and its growth potential, competitive position.
