As our colleague is going on parental leave we are now looking for a Market Controller for a full-time, temporary position (one year) based in Stockholm.
In this position you will be part of the Finance Team and report to the Finance Manager Northern Europe.
Purpose of the role:
In this position you will provide accurate information on Business and Financial performance to allow fast decision making and ensure maximum value creation. You will be fully responsible for the business controlling in the Swedish market. Moreover you will be involved in other finance and administration local project aimed to boost the regional value creation strategy.
Key Accountabilities:
Prepare and oversee volumes, Net Sales Analysis and managing the full P&L reporting
Provide discount tracking and rebate accruals
Managing OH and Marketing Controlling activities
Lead the full P&L Planning and Forecasting analysis
Conduct P&L estimations and net price recommendations for new product launches
Prepare general integrated and financial statements
Verification and booking of invoices
Make sure that the credit policies are applied on the Swedish Market and keep credit KPIs under control
Your Profile:
As a person, we believe you are analytical, structured as well as flexible, and a great team player. Your communication skills are excellent and you are fluent in English. You hold an academic degree within finance or economics, and at least 4-5 years of experience within similar tasks within the fast moving consumer goods industry. Your MS Office skills are exceptional and you are advanced in Excel. You have the ability of converting complex financial findings into common language and are accustomed to communicating cross-culturally. Furthermore, we believe that you are an ambitious, pro-active and goal oriented person, always searching for ways to improve current best practice.
