As Market Controller Sweden you are the key business partner, driving growth and profitability across Danone brands and categories by providing the financial perspective on the Swedish market. You are a part of our Finance team with team-members located across the region of Nordics & Baltics. In the role of Market Controller Sweden you will stay closely connected to the local sales & marketing functions.
You will report to Senior Market Controlling Manager, who is based at our Solna office in Sweden.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Participate in the Financial Forecasting process
Analyze performance vs forecast and present financial performance to commercial teams
Monthly closing and reporting together with finance team
Support, improve and update financial tools, such as Power BI, to support Business stakeholders
Proactively lead the finance perspective and insights in local meetings with the commercial teams
Build business cases in close collaboration with the sales team to grow our brands
Provide financial support in Marketing process Brand Managers and review project P&L’s
Reviewing trade terms from Sales and ensure they are compliant with strategy

ABOUT YOU
University degree, preferably within business administration or equivalent
2+ years of working experience, preferably in a position as controller or within accounting/auditing wanting to take a more analytical role
Great communications skills and fluency in English, Swedish is a merit.
Previous experience in SAP is a plus
High proficiency in excel is needed
Strong financial and analytical skills/competencies
A clear focus on improvement of processes and results, with a strong commercial and business orientation
The ability to handle large amounts of complex data and transform it into information to bring value to the business
Analytical mindset with an eye for details and flair for commercial decision making
