Power Solutions is a business area within Sales and Marketing at Scania. We are a provider of core components integrated in the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s (OEM) final products such as excavators, dump trucks and compressors. Power Solutions sales is complex and requires to be managed through partnership orientation with end customers and offers a great span from sales and services to technology including electrification.

 

Work description

As a Market Coordinator within the Sales department, you have a key role in develop Power Solutions’ growth and secure our long term position as a sustainable partner.

In this role, you will work closely with the Key Account Managers supporting our global OEM customers together with a cross-functional dedicated team. Your role is to develop the partnership with the customer while coordinating activities such as product specifications and perform analysis of volume, profitability and price. Many of the tasks are carried out in direct contact with the OEM customer and in close collaboration with the local Scania Business Units.

The role holds a unique opportunity to get sales experience working internationally with Scania’s end-customers from a Head Office perspective. As a Market Coordinator you will also support the business in general with improvement projects securing the future success of Power Solutions. You will report to the Vice President, Sales.

 

Your profile

We believe that you are business and people oriented, enjoy working in an multi-cultural international environment and a team-player who gets motivated by building strong relationships.

You are well-organized, driven, analytical, have good communication skills and can represent your organisation in different settings. Most likely you have a business or technical university degree or equivalent experience and master English in a fluent way.
