We are looking for a Market Establishment Manager to help us secure market entry in our European markets. Your main task will be to set up the operational base in all markets where we will be present with physical customer touchpoints. This position is truly cross functional and having a broad experience in a marketing and sales environment will help you understand the various business needs.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Securing the fundamental base for operations, including legal and financial set up and market-specific business requirements
Ensuring a successful commercial launch of our first products in the European market
Develop and lead the budget and blueprint of local office staffing
Open local offices across Europe and secure governance
Who are you?
You have experience in expanding a business to new markets
You have experience within Marketing and Sales, preferably in a cross-market environment
You are a “multi-artist” with a skill-set and understanding across several areas, from legal and HR to marketing
M.Sc or higher (MBA) in in Business Administration or equivalent education
Speaking and writing in English is a piece of cake
You enjoy travelling in your work
You are a person that thrives in a dynamic work environment and who is not afraid to take the lead and get things done. To succeed in this role, you will need to be an easy-going person who enjoys working with people across the entire organization, while maintaining focus on both details and results.
