Market Implementation Manager - Parts and Service
Parts and Service (KP) is a business area within Sales and Marketing responsible to develop the Parts and Service business
or Scania. Our challenge is to grow the business substantially the coming years and implementing new service products and
concepts in the markets in a successful way will play a key role in this development.
Work description
As implementation manager you should be able to secure that new service products and concepts are globally introduced in
a efficient way. Important to coordinate and prioritize the activities in close co-operation with Area Managers (AM), product-
and concept departments as well with the Business Units and functions within Commercial Operations. Ensure that you stay
updated on market trends and the competitive situation. Communicate and cooperate with Scania markets concerning
assigned service concept and when necessary collect good practise from markets via meetings with reference markets and
product managers. Implementation means local presence and thus quite a lot of traveling.
Your profile
You are a true team player and a good listener. You see a challenge in dealing with a combination of commercial and technical
questions. You don't hesitate to take own initiatives and plan your own work in a innovative and creative way. You have
analytical and methodological skills with well developed communicative skills and with a solution oriented mind-set. Good
communication and presentation skills as well as speaking and writing English fluently at a professional business level are
required. You have a relevant universal degree or similar experience.
You have experiences from previous implementation work of Business-to-Business service products and concepts. You have
been working with strategic long term development of service commitments and taking them to market. You have a good
understanding of the Scania retail business and customers operations. Working with or at Business Unit / Dealer is seen as
meritorious.
