Do you want to improve peoples’ lives with medical devices that make a real difference? Now you have the opportunity as Wellspect HealthCare is looking for a new Market Labeling and Product Manager.
The Market Labeling and Product Manager role combines the responsibility to ensure that our medical devices are labeled with the right information and a responsibility for one of the latest additions to Wellspect’s product portfolio.
As responsible for labeling of products within the Enterology platform, you will lead and coordinate the introduction of new and changed information affecting the labeling and Instructions for use. This role requires a structured hands-on approach for ensuring the information and symbols are according to regulations and understandable to users and healthcare professionals. You will also be involved in new product development projects and play an active role when entering new markets.
In the other part of the role you will have strategic responsibility for a range of products within Wellspect’s Enterology portfolio during their entire life cycle including product positioning and marketing activities. With your excellent skills as well as your ability to analyze market trends you will develop and execute strategies to support sales growth together with colleagues around the globe. You will gain clinical and business understanding of user needs; co-operate with an external partner and be the go-to person for product related questions.
Both aspects of this role require active collaboration with all company functions, our commercial entities around the world as well as other external stakeholders such as advertising agencies and translation providers.
Responsibilities:
Plan, lead and prioritize activities to develop new or change the product labeling including instructions for use while closely collaborating cross-functionally with relevant stake holders.
Coordination between HQ and our commercial entities around the world regarding product and labeling changes and understand the market and business effects of such changes.
As the key stakeholder and labeling responsible, you will participate in product development projects to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and understandable instructions.
Manage all aspects of the product(s) life cycle starting with understanding of the market needs until the product is phased out. This includes prizing, marketing, supply chain related topics, labeling, registration, clinical evidence as well as legal and safety requirements to ensure sustainable profitability, growth and market share.
Set direction and support the creation of product, education and communication material together with the Marketing Communication Manager.
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor products and activities.

Background / Qualifications:
An academic background (M.Sc./B.Sc.) in Product Management, Business economics, Marketing, Life Sciences or similar.
Business oriented mindset and project coordination skills.
A structured way of working; taking pride in getting things right.
An understanding of medical device labeling standards and experience working with instructions and external suppliers will be considered an advantage.
Some experience in product management, marketing and/or sales preferably within the Medtech/Life Science industry/Food industry or similar.
Strong communication skills and an ability to build lasting relationships both internally and externally.
Full command of the English language, both written and spoken and preferably a good understanding of Swedish.
Knowledge and experience with InDesign software, Product data and/or change management software is considered an advantage.
