Your responsibilities
Build and maintain strong and consistent relationships throughout the business and with our customers.
Create a strategy to move forward with a fresh way of thinking.
Ability to handle complex projects and situations within PGGI.
Implement the Global Division strategy in the Country and ensure business development and sales growth in the domestic market. Provide input to Global Division and Business Unit strategies.
Maintain existing accounts, client relationships and growing their accounts.
Actively driving the business forward.
Ensure profitable growth in the country by maximizing geographic coverage and channel penetration, as well as focusing on industry segments in the domestic market.
Customer collaboration Implements customer-focused collaboration raises awareness and ensures appropriate action towards market opportunities in conjunction with the Global Marketing & Sales function and the Group Account Management organization.
Customer relations and quality Builds and maintains strong personal relationships with existing customers to ensure a high satisfaction level and develops new customers to generate growth. Strengthens customers’ perception of a division that is easy to do business with. Is the voice of the customer internally, proactively raise awareness and ensures proper action towards product quality improvement.
Attend customer sites and offices to gather information and develop new business.
Promote the company’s full range of services and products.
Managing a portfolio of assigned accounts to achieve long-term success.
Prepare and regularly update account plans.
Drive Marketing and Sales in the domestic market, including product launches. Drive sales efficiency and effectiveness locally. Ensure balanced growth through all product lines/Product Groups/Business Units. Create demand through technical promotion, providing solutions and a value based selling approach.

Your background

You are self-motivated and driven with ability to problem-solve and think differently to gain the best results
Proven experience in engineering, civil, manufacturing, or similar
You hold a University degree in Business, Marketing or similar
You are well organised and able to work towards deadlines
Knowledge of sales metrics and working within defined processes
Proficiency in English and Swedish is a requirement
