IMP, International Masters Publishers, is a world leader in continuity publishing with activities in 35 countries.IMP creates and markets products to inspire and inform in a wide spectrum of interest areas, ranging from recipes and cookery, home and hobbies, entertainment and education etc.The head office is in Malmö, where the company was founded 1972.The turnover is EUR 230M with 450 people employed in development, marketing, finance, IT and operation.Production, fulfillment and customer service are outsourced to business partners.The group is related to the Cydonia group with Nationalencyclopedin, Bra Böcker, Stabenfeldt, Fleur de Sante, Fyrklövern and Postpac.Read more about IMP on www.impcorporate.com.We are looking for a person with great marketing and media interest and who is analytical and has strong drive and good communication skills.Your objective is to define and implement the Market and Media activities, in line with the Marketing strategy to ensure the acquisition of the largest number possible of profitable customers, in the most efficient way.You will focus on the Nordic market and work on Direct Marketing, Magazine inserts, Telemarketing and Email campaigns.Your key tasks and main responsibilities Analyse customer, list and media performance in order to optimise volume and profitability of campaigns.You will also work with list and media planning, e.g.what media or database resources IMP should use to ensure the best performance and return on investment.You will make sure IMP follows the evolution of the list industry; have the awareness and understanding of the industry to recommend new ways to use it.You will work with tests to validate the plans and ensure plan alignment with the regional strategy. As a Market & Media coordinator you will also support the product managers and support diverse regional Market and Media projects.You will be placed in Malmö and you will report directly to the Market & Media Manager.Special Skills You will have an academic degree, preferably within marketing, media or business and you are a recent graduate.You may have approximately one year of relevant work experience.Previous experiences in Direct Marketing and/or analytic positions would be advantageous.You need to have very good English skills, as it is our corporate language, and the ability to speak and understand at least one of the Nordic languages.
