Sandvik Mining and Construction in Svedala, Sweden is looking for Market & Offering Manager Description As Market & Offering Manager you will be working with the market support and offering for the application range Crushing & Screening Aftermarket over all segments and regions.The role is market focused and concentrates on providing guidance, help and advice on the implementation of selling strategies. Key performance areas The Market & Offering Manager will, among other tasks, be responsible for and involved in: - To support the implementation of not marketed and new products into the Regions.- Operational sales, marketing and offering support to ensure volume and profitability for the application range.- Organizing training for sales and service personnel for the application range.- Following up the customer satisfaction and application performance over its lifetime.- Keeping up to date in relation to competitor sales, product/application development and product/application performance.- Building strong relationships with the regional and local Customer segments (CS) teams and PLMs as well as other regional sales channels.This will include training and education on the application range, assisting during the sales work, responsible for pricing strategies within the application range Crushing & Screening Aftermarket, and assure that the CS sales team have access to proper marketing material.- Visiting key customers in conjunction with the CS sales team to provide in depth sales related knowledge.This will include developing direct customer relationships with key clients and to help the aftermarket teams to trouble shoot technical problems.- Providing input into strategic plans for the continued expansion of the business for all relevant CS within the Regions.
