Market Office Analyst/Accountant

Tetra Pak Sverige AB We're Tetra Pak's marketing company for the Swedish and Icelandic markets.We market and sell processing, packaging and distribution systems for liquid food products to the food industry.We have about 120 employees. For MA Nordics the Finance function was centralized in Lund, from where we work across the Nordic organization and the local Market Offices in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.The employees will be employed by Tetra Pak Sverige AB.We will need a Market Office Analyst/Accountant, supporting the Nordic legal entities.We strive for building up a motivated team of financial professionals and together with existing manning we expect to get a team which has a good way of complementing each other.You belong to the finance team for MA Nordics and will have strong connections to all of the team members, as integration with the others is key to success for the new organisation. The job requires strong cooperation with Financial Controller during the daily work and closing process, to find the best way for improvements and establishment of sub-processes for an integrated finance function like this.We utilize SAP R/3 as our business system cross all Nordic entities. Key areas to cover are what normally are dealt with in finance for a legal entity, like: .Inbox handling & workflow coding .Bank statements reconciliation and booking instructions to reporting service center..Follow up, control and support to shared services (internal and external) .Balance sheet management .Receivable/ Payable follow-up .Accruals .Rebilling/ Reinvoicing .Statutory accounting .Book closing support .Balance sheet specifications and analysis .Support to Business Control when needed, like for estimate and target preparation.We believe that you have a High School diploma or higher education in Finance/Accounting with relevant professional experience during at least 2 years.Accounting knowledge and VAT regulations experience is required.Also good computer knowledge, mainly Excel and SAP R/3 is required.Fluency in English is the key to success.Knowledge in Finnish is seen as an advantage.
