Market Operations Manager - TMHCF AB

Toyota's goal is to be Number one in Material handling in Europe. TMH Commercial Finance AB's Business strategy is to offer financial products to Toyota customers to support the TMHE sales companies and Toyota dealers. The Business Development department are now looking to strengthen the team with another Market Operations Manager for our branch markets. The Business development department is an important function in TMH Commercial Finance AB's aim to fulfil the strategy and you will play a key role in this development.

Your Role
As Market Operation Manager your core responsibilities are to provide support to a branch market and to the Business Development within TMH Commercial Finance. This includes to:

* Support branch markets to improve business performance
* Support the process of bringing new financial products to the market
* Manage and support projects in collaboration with other departments and functions
* Create and present business proposals to the Management by aligning with relevant stakeholders
* Conduct monthly performance reviews and reports for the Management of a specific branch market
* Support a branch market when forecasting and budgeting
* Be the go-to person for business matters, for a specific branch market, in TMH Commercial Finance AB (window-to-market function) and ensure that a follow-up process is completed on the business matters

Your profile
You have a University degree in Business/Finance or equivalent and experience from driving projects from conceptual to execution, preferably in sales finance or banking. You have excellent fact-finding analytical mindset and problem-solving approach and are used to preparing and reporting presentations of various kind. Being comfortable with Office 365 is a must and if you have knowledge in Power BI it is a plus.

We expect you have good English, both in writing and in speech. As an individual you are detail oriented, have a good capacity to cooperate with others and you are independent and self-driven. You have a strong ability to communicate together with a positive attitude and creative approach. Our Market Operations Manager should have a strong business orientation and customer focus.
