Are you passionate about the video game industry, market research, and how to best combine the two? Then join Paradox interactive and help us to communicate and market our games better.
Your mission
As a Market Researcher at Paradox, you will conduct research for published games as well as for products that are in different phases of development, and you will act as a client for our external consultants. Your typical process will start in collaboration with stakeholders from User research, Analytics, Business and Marketing to create research plans. Following, you will conduct the majority of the research assignments yourself, and parts together with user researchers/analysts. You will choose the most fitting and efficient methods to get timely results, whether it is surveys, interviews, focus groups, or whichever method you deem best, we will place our trust in you. The results of your research will later support the decision-making in marketing and sales, directly contributing to the success of our games.
You will communicate actionable insights to the business and your work will be critical in helping the business understand the needs and behaviors of our active and potential players. We embrace change and great ideas, and we will expect you to take an active role in developing and improving our research methods, and how we communicate and share our research findings.
The skills we’re searching for…
3-5 years experience in market research activities as an in-house researcher or consultant
Experience in using a wide range of quantitative and qualitative market research methodologies such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
Comfortable coordinating clients, other researchers, and participants simultaneously when conducting research
