Market Unit Controller

Capgemini Engineering (ERD) is hiring a Market Unit controller to our Swedish office in Gothenburg (HQ).

The Market Unit controller is a key role, who ensures reporting and controlling, while being a strategic partner to the Market Unit Director. Join us and get the future you want!

Main tasks

- Accountable for reliability and timeliness of the information issued to Group Finance, jointly with the operational manager of perimeter
- Responsible for preparing budget, rolling forecast and actual financial statements in compliance to Group rules
- Manages matrix reporting and ensures business face-off with relevant internal stakeholders
- Maintain effective operational internal control environment
- Acts as a Business Partner for the MU Head, supporting her/him with controlling and analytics
- Manages regular reviews with the delivery teams of the projects in the MU scope
- Controls and set up all Intercompany billing
- Prepares the cash forecast of the unit and follows up of the disputes and overdue
- Supports and validates new deals pricing/cash flow validation
- Manages a junior controller

Key Working Relationships

Position Reports to: ERD Nordics CFO
Position directly supervises: 1 junior controller
Indirect Reporting: ERD Market Unit director

Your profile

- Master’s degree in Business Administration and gained from 12 to 15 years of experience.
- Experience in financial controlling covers the full company approach: complete understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow, understanding of business drivers and their operational KPIs.
- Strong compliance gate-keeper, with a proactive focus and business orientation.
- Knowledge and experience in managing revenues recognition according to IFRS on complex projects
- Working knowledge of the MS Office Suite, at ease with large datasets and financial modeling.
- Fluent Swedish and English.
