Are you a strategic and analytical person with experience from marketing and business controlling? Are you innovative and passionate when it comes to develop new financial or operational solutions? We are now looking for a Marketing Analyst & Operational Developer to our head office, located in the heart of Gothenburg.
Your role in our team.
You are a part of our Global Marketing team, working with a digital mindset with the goal to create a globally, strong and future proof brand.As the Marketing Analyst & Operational developer your area of responsibility will be of a varying character covering both business controlling, marketing follow-ups and also overarching business processes within the department with the aim to find potential areas for improvements and efficiency development. We understand that you are curious to know more about the role! Here are some examples of work tasks: You will lead the work with the budget process for the department and will make analysis and continuously follow-up on the budgets. You will also in close collaboration with other teams lead the work in analysing the effect of Lindex investments in marketing. Since we strive for efficiency development you will support in making the department more data driven and KPI-focused. Other tasks that is included is also to be system owner within the department and coordinate the process development work with other process owners. You also support in what tools and systems to support the work and workflow.
This is a temporary (substitute) position, approximately for one year.

With a business oriented and Customer centric mindset you are familiar of using your great analytical skills in everything you perform. Since the position is very much about developing and drive continuous improvement you are a curious and challenging person who also possess the ability to listen and be supportive. You are comfortable in a coordinating position and have the ability to take own initiatives and managing your time. You are a strong team player and thrive in a position were you also develop teams by identifying routines and way of working and lead them through changes. You are curious about digital tools and how they can support you and help you to improve your work. You believe in togetherness and you are motivated by the possibility to make an impact. Also, this probably sounds like you:
Several years’ work experience from a similar role with business development, process development and controlling included
Academic degree in Business & Administration
Experience in analyzing outcome in media investments
Experienced in budgeting processes and follow up
Experienced in all parts of system development and maintenance processes
Experienced in different agile methodologies; Scrum, Kanban and the tools to support efficient team collaboration such as JIRA etc
Fluent in English – both written and spoken
Meritorious is also:
Experience from a leading position (project leader, manager, teamlead) and experiences from cross-functional collaboration
Experience from a marketing department or agency
