MG Sustainable Engineering AB is a young dynamic start-up company based in Uppsala and has strategic partnerships with the Universities of Gävle, Uppsala, Lund, Absolicon Solar Collector AB, and Lumicum Foundation in Sweden, and a few other companies and institutions across the EU.
MG was launched in 2014 as a company specializing in Renewable Energy, specifically solar energy. In 2018, MG started its first major project, RES4Build (www.res4build.eu), in which renewable solutions for buildings in the EU are studied. The RES4Build is a 5 million € H2020 project with 15 other partners. MG has also received funding for RES4Live (www.res4live.eu). This project is under the H2020 Innovation Action (IA) and MG is one of 18 participants looking into renewable energy solutions for livestock farms in the EU (namely in four specific farms: Belgium, Italy, Germany and Greece). Overall, MG has experience managing various projects from different funding sources.
In the coming years, MG is trying to expand and explore partnership-oriented techno-commercial designs, specifically on solar energy both related to district heating and decentralized solar energy distribution. MG also has a large base of partner companies and research centers at the European level.

Job Description:
· The candidate needs to be organized and able to support with MG´s participation in large and complex projects with many participants and different interests at stake.
· The candidate should be able to advise and create guidelines for marketing and relevant communications including speech writings.
· Messaging and technical content creation for wider audience including blogs, recruiting software product materials.
· Strategic, open-minded and a goal-oriented problem solver
· Corporate messaging
· Brand strategy and guidelines
· Host technical events and participating in other technical events
· Reporting, tracking and quantifying campaign results
· The candidate should be able to address the Indian market as that is expected to be one of the future focuses of the company
· Takes a lead role in scenario planning and governance of our crisis preparedness (issue identification, crisis manual updates, tabletop exercises, drills)
· It is advantageous if the candidate understands at least basics of solar thermal and photovoltaic energy.
Job requirements:
1. Experience in renewable market and technical knowledge on energy is useful
2. 5+ years Client Management - planning, communication & execution
3. Undergraduate degree with relevant experience and knowledge in renewable energy marketing.
4. Experience in writing articles and blogs
5. Experience with creating and maintaining social media properties
6. Detail-oriented, project management, Collaboration
7. Experience in Microsoft tools.
8. Experience working with a team and project coordination is highly valued.
9. English will be the working language of the project. Swedish is a plus but not essential. Indian languages can be an asset
