Marketing and Customer insight Lead for Business Unit Vattenfall Network Solutions

We are looking for the right person to fill the new position as Marketing and Customer Insight Lead for our international Business Unit Vattenfall Network Solutions.
Vattenfall’s Business Unit Network Solutions has grown by more than 300% over the last 4 years and we have an ambitious growth plan ahead of us. Today we have around 90 employees in Sweden, London, Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Oslo. Network Solutions main offer is “Power-as-a-Service”, were we build, own and operate electrical infrastructure including charging and battery solutions. Our main customer segments are the industry and the heavy transport sectors. We enable electrification and the journey towards a fossil free future.

As Marketing and Customer Insight Lead, you will take on a broad and leading role within our marketing function where you will work across markets on a strategic, tactical and operational level.
Job description
In this role you will act as a team-leader for the marketing team across countries. You will coordinate and drive our overall strategic marketing development across our markets and work in close cooperation with the local marketing specialists to develop and support our tactical and operational marketing. You will also have an overall responsibility for leveraging on learnings and synergies across our markets to support and drive our business growth as efficiently as possible. Building up our marketing presence in newly entered markets will be another important focus area. To develop and drive our customer insight work will also lay within your responsibility area.
You will work closely with the rest of the marketing team, the sales organisation and the rest of the Business Enablement team as well as with other internal B2B organization and staff functions. You will also work in close cooperation with and report to the Director of Sales Pipeline and Business Enablement.
Main responsibilities are:
• Drive and coordinate our overall marketing strategy incl. KPIs, budget and planning processes across markets in alignment with our overall strategy to drive business growth in the most efficient way
• Coordinate strategic, operational and tactical marketing activities across markets where relevant, and seize learnings and synergies in close cooperation with our local marketing specialists
• Coordinate and drive our digital marketing development across countries and throughout the whole marketing and sales funnel in close cooperation with IT, our local marketing specialist and the sales organisation
• Build up and develop our marketing presence in newly entered countries
• Plan, coordinate and drive our customer insight work to support our marketing development and overall growth journey, e.g customer surveys, buyer personas.
• “Own” and develop our message platform and value propositions
• Follow-up and report on overall progress within marketing and customer insight work
Qualifications and personal characteristics

You have a strategic mindset and strong analytical skills as well as a structured and organized way of working. You are result driven and have an ability to work under pressure to meet specific deadlines, individually as well as together with the team. You are characterized by a positive mindset and attitude and is a real team-player.
You have
• A master or bachelor degree in business administration, marketing, communication or similar
• At least 7 years of experience within B2B marketing on both strategic, operational and tactical level in close cooperation with the sales function
• Broad experience with regards to full funnel digital marketing, preferable including working hands-on with Marketing Automation and SoMe channels. Experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics Marketing is highly meritorious.
• Great communication skills (text and PPT)
• Documented experience from purchasing marketing services from agencies.
• Experienced team leader and is a great team player with a strong focus to deliver results
You are fluent in Swedish and English both verbally and in writing. If you speak Dutch, Danish, or Norwegian that is a bonus.’
Location The position is located in Vattenfall’s head office in Solna, Sweden.
