Marketing and Sales Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Sales Assistant to join our growing marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our social media, assist with content generation, be in contact with strategic partners to increase sales and in general assist in -the marketing activites.


Responsibilities:
Developing and creating social media campaigns
Improve online channels and periodic reporting
Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
Developing and planning of marketing initiatives
Making differentiated proposals according to the strategic objectives
Market trends identification
Market and sales analysis
Maintaining and Improving business partnerships



Requirements:
Bachelor in Marketing or Business Administration or similar
Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales, marketing and business developement, including a minimum of 6 months in the precious metals sector
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Experience with Canva, Wordpress, SEMRUSH, Google Analytics
English at a professional level
Basic level of Swedish

Knowledge of additional foreigns languages as well as previous work experience in international organizations are an advantage.
