Oneflow is a rapidly growing tech startup located in the heart of Stockholm. We have created a platform that automates the entire contract process from start to finish, all in one place. Turning clunky, static contracts into helpful, truly digital contracts that feel like magic.
We’re looking for a technically-skilled Marketing and Web Operations Specialist to manage our marketing platforms, including becoming our global MAP and CMS super admin and develop our account based marketing tech stack. If you enjoy doing the ops work while being the first ops hire that will help steer the direction of the revenue ops function, this is a role for you!

You are familiar with the latest sales and marketing tools. You have previous experience working with MAP and CMS and see the potential modern technologies can bring to the commercial teams.
About the role
Oversee the entire marketing funnel to streamline and optimize the lead process
Be our global super admin of our marketing tools - web analytics tool, marketing automation and CMS platforms (Note that for MAP we use Pardot today however we are open to switching it as long as it integrates with our Salesforce)
Manage our CMS - publishing pages without templates, solving ad-hoc issues, maintaining updates, keeping it safe from spams/attacks, etc.
Manage our Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics - ensure tracking from ad campaigns to revenue
Work on developing, own and manage our marketing tech-stack, analysis and reporting, marketing attribution - including developing our ABM tech stack
Work with our marketing team on establishing campaign processes, measurement framework, and optimization efforts
Administer our visitors and lead data and improve the quality of our data all the way through to reporting in our CRM/revenue
Evaluate, implementing and managing sales and marketing automation tools to scale growth
Ensure marketing team alignment to marketing processes, policies, and procedures
Build dashboard and insights reports as well as ad-hoc reports and recommendations based on data
Help develop our revenue goals and budgets, track performance, and report to the global sales and marketing leadership
Establish and drive good routines in the organization to support database operations, and bridge all gaps in our reporting
Support other marketing ops efforts as assigned
Be part of the pioneering team to build the operations functions at Oneflow with ops specialists and analytics professionals
Required skills and experience
2-4yrs relevant experience
Hand-on experience with web creation tools, CMS etc
Strong knowledge on HTML, CSS, JS etc
Strong knowledge on managing to implementing marketing automation tools such as Pardot
Strong knowledge on SQL
Strong knowledge on other ad tech platforms (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, social analytics)
Stakeholders management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Knowledge and experience in Markov and other marketing attribution models, python is a plus.
Knowledge and experience working and managing a tech stack with CDP, CRM, MAP, Reporting tools, Google Analytics, Intercom, Big Query etc.
Bonus: Experience working in Salesforce CRM
