Marketing Assistant

Qiwio is an exciting video tech startup based in Halmstad that delivers a simple and easy-to-use video software solution to help companies all over the world grow using video. We are looking for creative, curious, experienced and driven individuals interested in marketing to join our team and help more SMB’s grow and engage their audience.
Qiwio is currently seeking a driven Marketing Assistant who is confident in working with omni-channel marketing campaigns across various ad channels, content marketing campaigns and partnerships to help scale our brand within the Nordic countries. You will be responsible for working with our Marketing Manager to help build a marketing and communications strategy via ad and organic channels to inspire and educate our target audience about the advantages of interactive video and the way it can impact their business goals with the end goal to scale our brand awareness, increase our free user base, improve our free to paid conversions and increase our expansion revenue via upselling campaigns, all whilst working closely with the sales and development teams. You should be prepared to work in a fast paced industry who thrives when working under pressure and loves to set high goals for themselves.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
Create email marketing campaigns
Work with social media advertising (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Plan and ideate creative and commercially-led copy for Qiwio’s own website and social
Planning and creating video/audio/written content
Assisting the marketing manager with website development (using drag and drop builder, no coding skills required)
Manage Qiwio’s social media platforms
Plan and coordinate with your Marketing manager
Be responsible for copywriting and content management
Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals.
You are a doer that loves figuring out new smart ways to use content and digital channels to reach and educate our audience
Design knowledge/skills are preferred but not required



Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience or qualifications within marketing and communication.
Performance and process-driven mindset
Experience in creating and managing social advertising campaigns
Understanding of content creation and content distribution
Strong time management, organization, and decision-making skills. We give a lot of autonomy, but it requires people to be independent self-starters and focused about how they use their time.
A love for trending content, campaigns, and industry movements in tech/social/eCommerce
Ambition to grow and adapt, and contribute to an evolving marketing team’s strategy.
Strong oral and written communication skills are a must (In Swedish and English)
Ability to work in a fast paced team environment



Nice to have
Experience from video and audio content, particularly webinars or podcasts
Interest in forward thinking creative martech startups
A good eye for design
