Job description
As our Marketing assistant, you will be the right hand of our Marketing Director and one of the most important players in the team. While the Marketing Director focuses on consistently growing the brand through the execution of creative ideas, events, and global campaigns - your role is to take on the coordination, organization, and administration of the marketing department. Your tasks include event and project management, organizing and responding to internal and external inquiries, coordinating deliveries and communications, as well as translating marketing data and KPI's into easily understandable reports.

Tasks and responsibilities
· Event and Project Management from start to finish with full ownership of marketing activities such as Webinars, Conferences, User Group Meetings, Workshops, and more
· Coordination of marketing materials and similar; ordering, tracking, and ensuring timely deliveries/restocking
· Coordination of suppliers and partners; inquiring quotes and pricing for advertising, and related correspondence and tracking
· Organizing, coordinating, and responding to internal and external inquiries
· Collecting and organizing market research data, google alerts, and industry insights
· Administering budgets, reports, receipts, and internal documents
· Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback
· Preparing and formatting documents
· Learning and working with various types of marketing software (creation, publication, and advertising)
· Tracking progress and updating daily report sheets, and tracking documents
Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience with documented results and references
· A high level of attention to detail
· Ability to work effectively independently and in teams
· Comfortable multi-tasker with a doer's mindset
· Basic understanding and experience of CRM and content management systems (preferred)
· Excellent written and verbal skills in English
· Love managing projects from start to end
· Someone who is committed to learning and getting the work done
