Marketing assistant China

Marulk Media is growing stronger in China and we are now looking for a qualified person to join the company as a marketing assistant. In this role you will work close to the Chinese clients, however, as stakeholders operate globally you will also handle request to perform work elsewhere globally and your tasks will vary depending on the clients. OM TJÄNSTEN
Marulk Media is a company based in Örebro that offers a broad range of services in media such as photography, video and marketing material as well as websites. With clients locally and globally they are now in need of expanding with a Marketing assistant to work primarily with clients in China.

In the position you will maintain business communication, provide training and marketing material for clients depending on the type of project. This can range from social media content to banners, flyers or similar for exhibitions, sales events and such. This material will include text, photos and videos from production facilities in Sweden.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
* Assist in creation of marketing material for exhibitions, sales departments, social media.
* Assist in the development and creation of training material for a wide variety of products made in Sweden.
* Assist project managers for international clients; mainly operating in the Chinese market.
* Assist with co-ordination in communications between stakeholders and Chinese authorities / government / clients.
* Assist with translation of documentation between Chinese and English.
* Assist with interpretation in Chinese and English between clients, sales and stakeholders both domestically and internationally.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* A person with at least three years of work experience in Chinese enterprise or with the Chinese market due to understanding for the complexity of maintaining client relations in this area.
* Skilled in working with a computer and phone as primary communication tools.
* Someone who is flexible to work from home, office or travel and are holding a driving license B.
* A person who is fluent in Chinese and English both written and spoken. You will have internal and external contact in both languages and translate text for production.

It is preferred if you have some kind of previous project management experience if you want to assist at different levels with stakeholders. It is also preferred if you have a relevant Bachelor degree or higher and if you have experience using digital cameras, Adobe Suite and MS Office.
