Marketing Assistant to AW Group Marketing

OM TJÄNSTEN
In the role as a Marketing Assistant, you will work close to and support all three teams in marketing: Digital, Communications & Creative and will be reporting to our Marketing Director. You will also be managing communications activities for all brands within AW Group, consisting of Academic Work, Crowd Collective, Academy & Executive Search. The role is broad, varied and include areas of responsibility that range from data collection of campaign performance to managing smaller projects/productions on your own. For example, planning for our presence in social media during Easter or setting up a presentation that can be used on events or similar. The role includes both creative and administrative elements.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
- Support Marketing Management and other marketing colleagues with reporting of marketing metrics and campaign performance
- Execute on and manage partnership inquiries such as agreements with student associations, networks and other collaborations along the purchasing process
- Assist your marketing colleagues with administrative tasks such YPAI data-processing, presentation material, content production, managing invoices etc.
- Manage smaller marketing related projects from A to Z, from identified business needs, research, and delivery of end-product
- Proactively work to understand how you can support the Marketing department to increase efficiency and support development

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Relevant academic education within communications, business administration, marketing or similar
- Excellent skills in written and spoken English
- Good skills in Microsoft Excel

It is desirable if you have


* Experience from working with tools such as Google Analytics
* Some hands-on experience which have given you understanding of the marketing process and what is needed to secure successful marketing activities

* Contract: Full-time
* Location: The AW Group Marketing department’s main office is situated in Stockholm, but our co-workers are located in all our countries. In this position, you can work from any of our operative offices in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Germany, or Switzerland.
