Marketing Assistant to our global client

About the role

As a Marketing Assistant, you´ll dive into diverse tasks, from product marketing and translations to event planning and administrative support. Collaborate closely with our Marketing Managers to meet seasonal objectives and product launch goals.

In your role as Marketing Assistant your main tasks will include:

- Support marketing team initiatives.

- Provide and/or coordinate accurate translations and adaptions of sales and marketing material.

- Manage administrative tasks, from data handling to customer correspondence.

- Coordinate exciting events and tradeshows that showcase our products and brand.

- Assist the Marketing Manager and Sales team across various projects and tasks.

The role is a temporary consultancy assignment with start in January and that stretches until June 2025. 

About you
We are looking for a candidate that is detail-oriented and eager to learn. Furthermore, we see that you have a strong attention to detail and are a fast learner. 

Important for the role:

- Relevant university level education

- Great to excellent communication skills in local language and English.

- Previous experience within areas such as event planning, marketing coordination or administration

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (365), Excel, Power Point and/or similar
