Arbetsbeskrivning
Event Planning: Provide marketing/PR support of company events external and internal including but not limited to pre-event promotion, corporate collateral, promotional items, exhibit requirements, post-event follow-up, etc.
Plan major industrial events and tradeshows as budgeted and required
Monitor corporate mailbox and ensure the timely distribution to the appropriate parties within TFS for follow up/response
Website management: update and maintain corporate website.
Design and develop marketing and promotional materials for both print and electronic media
Manage costs e.g. expenses appropriately and to submit claims in a timely manner
Monitor and track competitor CRO activities
Campaign management: Plan, design, and launch email marketing and therapeutic focused campaigns, and monitor ROI.
Responsible for maintaining the corporate library of marketing materials
University/college degree or relevant industry/marketing experience
Excellent communication skills and .
Excellent organizational, planning and multitasking skills
Ability to interact positively and effectively with multiple departments
Computer competency and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite software
