We are hiring for our client, a global Fintech major headquartered in US, for their Stockholm operations.
We are looking for a Marketing Professional with 6+ years in a commercial role who is looking for a temp to permanent opportunity. The European Market Services business is based in the Nordics, Baltics and UK. You will be responsible for implementing strategic marketing plans to support business goals. This role requires close collaboration with both the design team and web team, located in the US, as well as other internal departments, to take projects from start to finish and ensure that the team’s objectives are met.
A typical day will include:
• Lead the marketing funnel for our client's European business units
• Track marketing’s ROI on sales pipeline, trade volume and business unit growth
• Release new products using 360 degree marketing campaigns (events, email campaigns, content creation, webinars, podcasts, videos, etc.)
• Manage marketing budget to efficiently maximize ROI
• Work with the heads of marketing to model the marketing funnel, its different stages and the hand off to field and inside sales
• Create and/or work with 3rd parties to create concise content (thought leadership / newsletter and blog posts / executive summaries) on behalf of the product management team to support marketing programs
• Solve complex problems with little or no support; take a new perspective on existing solutions; exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
• Provide creative insights and/or solutions to address client and organizational challenges
• Positively impact team morale and culture through his/her actions and words. Can conceptualize and communicate improvements for the broader good of the demand generation process
• Explain difficult or sensitive information in a diplomatic way; working to build consensus
• Proactively share experiences and knowledge towards the achievement of team objectives
• Actively seek challenging assignments and is genuinely excited by exploring new opportunities to improve marketing
• Leverage digital marketing tools including email, social media, SEO/PPC, look-alike marketing, geographical and behavioral marketing
You will need to demonstrate skills/experience in:
• Proven demand generation success
• Building pipeline and funnels for sales team
• Marketing Automation tools
• Strong communication / writing skills
• Understanding basic financial language
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English or similar
And it would be great if you also have experience in:
• Marketo
• Salesforce.com B2B
• SaaS experience
• Account Based Marketing
