About the position
Perido is looking for a Marketing associate for our customer, a global company within the financial business. The position is located in Stockholm. A security control will be held prior to start. Please send your application in English.
Your daily tasks
Here you’ll belong to the European Market Services-section and take responsibility for implementing strategic marketing plans which aligns with the business goals. Except working together with your closest colleagues at the office you’ll have daily contact and collaboration with design- and web teams as well as other internal departments around the world.
This position will include a wide range of different and stimulating tasks. These are among the most common and also what is expected from you:
Lead the marketing funnel for the company’s European business units
Track marketing’s ROI on sales pipeline, trade volume and business unit growth
Release new products using 360 degree marketing campaigns (events, email campaigns, content creation, webinars, podcasts, videos, etc.)
Manage marketing budget to efficiently maximize ROI
Work with the heads of marketing to model the marketing funnel, its different stages and the hand off to field and inside sales
Create and/or work with 3rd parties to create concise content (thought leadership / newsletter and blog posts / executive summaries) on behalf of the product management team to support marketing programs
Solve complex problems with little or no support; take a new perspective on existing solutions; exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
Provide creative insights and/or solutions to address client and organizational challenges
Positively impact team morale and culture through actions and words. Conceptualize and communicate improvements for the broader good of the demand generation process
Explain difficult or sensitive information in a diplomatic way; working to build consensus
Proactively share experiences and knowledge towards the achievement of team objectives
Actively seek challenging assignments and is genuinely excited by exploring new opportunities to improve marketing
Leverage digital marketing tools including email, social media, SEO/PPC, look-alike marketing, geographical and behavioral marketing

Your qualifications
To succeed in the role as marketing associate, we believe that you are working with a high level of structure in all the tasks you will perform. Many years of experience from a similar role will be key here and so will your analytical skills. It is important that you have the ability to prioritize right when needed. You have an excellent service mindset and communication skills which you use skilfully depending on the receiver. You also feel confident to take on responsibilities and initiative in your everyday work and are always striving for personal development. Lastly, we think you are a positive co-worker who contributes to a great and inspirational workplace!

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
6+ years of experience in a commercial role
Experience and proven demand generation success
Experience from building pipeline and funnels for sales team
Knowledge in Marketing automation tools
Understanding basic financial language
Strong communication and writing skills in English

Contract type and hours
Full time. Start ASAP. Assignment length is 6 months with the possibility of an extension.
