Do you want to make a difference for people breathing, speaking and living with a neck stoma? And are you passionate about digital marketing? Atos Medical is on an exciting journey and in our Global Digital Marketing team we are now investing in two new roles within marketing automation.
About the role
You will become a part of the Global Digital Marketing team forming how we digitally serve our users and the healthcare community. Our aim is to deliver a connected marketing vision activating customers through personalized experiences based on customer needs.
You will be part of an entrepreneurial, informal yet ambitious work environment in which international teams work together to continuously grow and develop the business. Marketing automation is a key initiative for Atos Medical and you will be responsible for working with system design as well as anchoring and further development of advanced Salesforce marketing campaigning and marketing automation solutions, including data routines, models and processes, access and design integration points and more. As the role calls upon creative and analytical attributes, your role is part artist and part scientist.
You will be a member of the Global Digital Marketing team consisting of six people and the Global Commercialization team. The job is located at our HQ in Hyllie, Malmö, Sweden.
Your responsibilities
• Explore and determine the needs of the business and our business partners and translate these into solution requirements
• Collaborate with and coach global and local colleagues on marketing automation effective designs and copy/content practices
• Propose, design and manage multiple omni-channel marketing automation campaigns
• Drive the implementation of new solutions in the Salesforce marketing ecosystem (website, apps, event, communication) and marketing automation system
• Set up workflows such as welcome/onboarding sequence, lead nurturing, re-engagement, upsell or cross-sell, feedback, etc. to boost customer engagement and the overall customer experience
• Run A/B tests for marketing automation campaigns and landing pages to optimize performance
• Track campaign performance and tweak workflows accordingly
• Understand the marketing process in our Salesforce CRM system end-to-end
• Prioritize new marketing features to develop in Salesforce based on input for super users and/or steerco – in close collaboration with the marketing automation manager and the Salesforce owner
About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or Digital Communications
• 5+ years hands-on experience using Salesforce and marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Eloqua, and Marketing Cloud
• Documented experience with various email and SMS marketing systems, lead generation and nurturing, lead scoring, and analytics
• Experience with data management – knowledge of HTML, CSS and SQL is an advantage
• Experience in life science is a strong advantage as it is important to understand the psychological journey patients and caregivers are on
• Skills in copywriting, social media, user experience and user interface design is a bonus
• Professional writing and speaking fluency in English
• Exceptional attention to detail, processes and multi-tasking skills
• The capacity to work independently and collaboratively
