Uppdragsbeskrivning
We are looking for a Business Analyst/Developer specilasied in Marketing Automation related work in Pardot (primarily) & Salesforce (when applicable). You will work with a team in Denton Texas and we accept 100% remote work preferably in european time zone.
Your daily tasks may include:
Support to create, refine and maintain user stories/acceptance criteria in Jira.
Help facilitate UAT, user/stakeholder education, aid with testing, operations manual, and training material
Responsible for the functional design and the solution within the functional area of team.
Lead the estimation of development efforts for user stories.
Work together with IT architects and Product Owner to get the user stories ready for sprint planning.
Implement selected backlog items through configuration and Unit test as well as guide developers on design when building and conducting reviews within the Sprint.
Responsible for the sprint review where each user story is reviewed with the Product Owner.
Solve issues and incidents reported by live end users.
Monitor Salesforce & Pardot release notes and feed back to Business and IT stakeholders when relevant.

5+ years experince with enterprise systems, ERP or CRM
HTML development
JavaScript
Integration design / API management
SQL
Pardot or Marketing Automation Tool configuration experience
SCRUM/Agile
